# Longer Memory

Make your Characters remember more—and forget less.

With Longer Memory, your chats feel smarter, more consistent, and more alive. Characters will retain details about you, your story, and past conversations across longer sessions.

#### 🔧 How It Works

1. Open the “Longer Memory” tab in the chat sidebar.
2. Toggle the feature ON.
3. You can:
   * Manually input key details you want the Character to remember.
   * Or turn on Auto Mode, where the AI automatically summarizes important parts of your chat in real time.

| Gold   | 10,000 characters         |
